This is a private billing practice, therefore patients will need to pay the full amount for the consultation on the day. We accept cash, EFT, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. The Medicare rebate can be refunded into your bank account within 48 hours if you have your bank account details registered with Medicare. Alternatively, you can take the receipt to the Medicare office to claim the refund.
New patients: A deposit of $50 is required on all new patient appointments. This is required 2 business days prior to your scheduled appointment. This payment is a deposit only and the remainder of the account must be paid on the day.
If the appointment is not cancelled with sufficient notice and/or not attended, this deposit will be forfeited as a non-attendance fee.
